Part-time Courses Enrolment

HOW DO I ENROL?

You may enrol at any time of the year. It is important that you enrol before the course starts so that we can ensure there are sufficient resources for all students. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate late applicants we cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen course.

You can enrol on most of the courses in person, by post or telephone. Please bring your National Insurance Number along with any evidence of payments by the State. Please see How do I pay For My Courses? for further details on course payment.

For some courses you will require a briefing interview prior to joining the course. These will be marked with (CM symbol) Course guidence symbol

Our Customer Liaison & Enrolment Team, based in Reception, will be available to take personal enrolments at the following time:

Term Time
Monday to Friday
09:00 – 17:00

There are certain times of the year e.g. Enrolment Events, first week of part-time classes beginning, when Customer Liaison & Enrolment will be open until 19:00. Please check with Reception for further details or call 01935 423921.

On-line
If you know what course you would like to do, this year you can download and complete your Enrolment Form.

You can also fill out the online enquiry form if your choosen course requires a briefing interview or you have question or queries about a course.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to `Yeovil College’ and crossed `Account payee only’. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
